Vector Illustrator and Art Director Carla Lucena created this cover illustration for Yorokobu Magazine after a day at the beach and a Martin Miller cocktail “because in the 60s, Torremolinos was an absolute modernity. We had Brigitte Bardot and Frank Sinatra here, ” Carla explained. “I took these things, the experience, the style and the place, and I translated it into this combination of elements that could be a mid-20th century summer hotel experience.”
